Easy Summer Mac Salad

I love this dish it is so easy and just has a summer taste to it. Everyone loves it!!
Ingredients:
1 lb bag of elbow noodles
1 cucumber
1/2 a cup of reg. mayo
1 tablespoon of whatever seasoning you are using on the meat (trust me)
1/2 tablespoon of onion powder
1/2 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
splash of water
Directions:
1. Boil elbow noodles and drain
2. Run cold water over noodles until noodles have completly cooled
3. Peel and chop 1 cucumber add to noodles, mix.
4. Add Mayo and a splash of water, mix well (you can add more or less mayo)
5. Mix in cayenne pepper and enjoy your summer BBQ with this easy side dish.
