Easy Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

A sugar free pumpkin pie using honey rather than an artificial sweetener. Note for diabetics and those controlling sugar intake, it does have honey!
Ingredients:
2 cups canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
3/4 cup honey
1-1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
2 large eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
1 9 inch pie shell
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Beat eggs with Honey and spices.
3. Mix into pumpkin
4. Add milk
5. Brush edge of pie crust with egg white for a gleaned brown finish )optional)
6. Turn the mixture into crust and bake until knife inserted comes out clean, or about 30 minutes
