This is a simple recipe for anyone to make. The kids or grandkids will love helping to make this quick coffee cake! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, softened |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Combine egg, milk, and oil.
4. Add flour mixture to egg mix.
5. and mix well.
6. Pour into 9 inch greased pan.
7. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
8. bake for about 25 minutes.
