A thick refreshing drink made quickly and easily in a blender or food processor. Have it for breakfast or as a snack. It has 4.5 grams of protein and only 90 calories per serving thanks to Equal. Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp skim milk
4 1/2 g (4 1/2 packets) equal sweetener
1 1/2 cups (frozen unsweetened) strawberries
1/2 cup ice cubes (check weight, water was selected)
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt milk and Equal in a blender or food processor cover.
2. With blender running , add berries, a few at a time, through opening in lid. Process until smooth.
3. Add ice, one cube at a time through opening in lid, blend until slushy. Pour into glasses and serve.
