Easy Stir-fry Pork In Spinach

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, add garlic and oil, cook until garlic is golden brown.
  2. Add pork, cook it about 5-10 mintues or until pork are done.
  3. Add spinach, black pepper, msg, fish sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. Stir to coat.
  4. Add cornstarch a little at a time for thickness.
  5. Serve serve as side dish or over rice.
  6. ENJOY !!
