Easy Spinach Quiche

This is a good and easy spinach quiche that is tasty and good anytime.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 (10 ounce) package of frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can of mushrooms, drained
1 (6 ounce) package of herb and garlic feta cheese, crumbled
1 (8 ounce) package of shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust or two thawed previously frozen regular pie crusts.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a medium saute pan melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Saute garlic, and onion in the butter until lightly browned...about 7 minutes.
4. Stir in spinach, mushrooms and feta and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Set pan aside off of heat.
7. In a large bowl whisk together eggs and milk.
8. Pour contents of pan into large bowl with egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
9. Pour contents of the large bowl into pie crusts.
10. Bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Then sprinkle top with remaining cheddar cheese.
11. Bake for an additional 35-40 minutes until quiche is set in the center.
12. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
