Easy Sour Cream Biscuits

I found this recipe in a Laura Childs book and I wanted to save it for later
Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 ounces sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degress.
2. Mix all ingredients together, then form into a soft ball. Place on a floured board and roll out to about 1/2 thickness. Cut out biscuits using a 2 round cutter. Place on greased baking sheet and bake about 12 minutes or until browned.
