Easy Soft & Seasoned Bulgur

A really simple recipe!
Ingredients:
3 cups vegetable stock
1/2 cup finly chopped onion
1 1/2 cups bulgur wheat
1 dash salt, to taste
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan, combine vegetable stock, salt and onion.
2. Bring mixture to a boil.
3. Stir in the bulgar, cover and reduce the heat to low.
4. Cook for 10 minutes before removing the lid.
5. Turn heat off, let sit for 10 minutes before removing lid.
6. Fluff, stirring with fork, combining the onions that rose to the top.
7. You may use right away, if not, let cool the refrigerate.
