Easy Slow Cook Chinese Chicken Soup

It does not get any easier than this. Great for an appetizer or a meal. Quick slow cook time, so it's wonderful for busy weekends. Recipe and photo from a Fix-It-and-Forget-It book.
Ingredients:
3 14 1/2 ounce cans chicken broth
16 oz package frozen stir-fry vegetable blend
2 c cooked, cubed chicken
1 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
1 tsp soy sauce
fried won-ton strips(optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except Won-Ton strips in a 4 Qt slow cooker
2. Cover and cook on high for 1 to 2 hours depending on upon how crisp you like your vegetables
3. Serve with Won-Ton strips, if desired
