Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

Very tasty, quick, and simple.
Ingredients:
2 cups chilled cooked rice
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion (more or less)
1/2 cup chopped green onion (more or less)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 lb shrimp, thawed, peeled, and deveined
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Pour olive oil in skillet over medium/high heat. Stir-fry shrimp until pink. Set aside when done.
2. Melt butter in skillet, add yellow onion, sauté.
3. Add green onion and soy sauce. Mix in rice and make sure its evenly coated.
4. Stir in shrimp and fry until steamy hot (don't let it get mushy).
5. Remove from heat and serve immediately with chicken stir-fry or eat by itself.
