From the Junior League cookbook, RSVP from Portland, ME. This was submitted by Susan Haynes. It uses canned vichyssoise as a base and you just 3 other ingredients and chill.
Ingredients:
1 (13 ounce) can vichyssoise
1 avocado, peeled, sliced
1/4 cup peas, cooked
pepper, to taste
curry powder, to taste
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
2. Tast for any adjustments or to see if salt is needed.
3. Chill.
