Easy Sesame Cucumber Salad

Here is a fresh, easy, lowfat and delicious side salad for those hot summer days. Load up on those fresh cukes and slice away. You will love this.
Ingredients:
6 cups thinly sliced cucumbers. (slice as thin as you can)
1 tbs kosher salt
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbs sesame seeds, toasted.
Directions:
1. Place the sliced cucumbers in a colander. Set the colander on a plate. Sprinkle cucumbers with salt and toss. Let stand for 30 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
2. In a bowl combine all other ingredients. Add the cucumbers and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. (longer is better)
