Easy Seasoned Parsley Potatoes

I started making these when my parents got ill & I needed a quicker way to make potatoes for potato lovers. You can change this up many ways with different seasonings. I've done spicy for my family & have even put a mexican flair to a batch that was good. Like always...sour cream can always be added too.
Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lawry's seasoned salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
Directions:
1. Peel & chunk potatoes.
2. Place all seasonings & oil in a baggie.
3. Toss potatoes in baggie & shake well until completely covered.
4. It will look like a lot.
5. Toss in baking dish, cover & cook about an hour on 350.
6. I will put chicken & potatoes in a large roasting pan & cook it all together.
