Simple Sausage and cheese dip from Bob Evans. Ingredients:
1 lb bob evan zesty sausage |
16 ounces velveeta cheese, pasteurized cheese product |
10 ounces rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained) |
Directions:
1. Crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned. 2. Drain on paper towel, then return sausage to saucepan. 3. Cut cheese into cubes and add sausage. 4. Cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. 5. Stir in tomatoes. 6. Serve warm with Chips. |
