Easy Sauerkraut Hot Dish

Plain and simple - comfort food to warm the soul.
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
1 (32 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream soup (i use mushroom and chicken - one of each)
1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut
shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger, drain grease.
2. Place in large casserole.
3. Add hash browns.
4. Then spread soup over potatoes.
5. Drain sauerkraut and layer on top.
6. You don't have to use the whole can.
7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
8. Sprinkle cheese and bake until melted.
9. Stir well before serving.
