Easy Roasted Root Vegetables

a wonderful combo of veges easily put to getgher. Also try roasting: zucchini, brussels sprouts, celery root and bell pepperes too
Ingredients:
3 parsnips
1 medium turnip
2 sweet potatoes
5 white potatoes
6 carriots
2 onions
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 tsp fresh basil
1 tsp fresh oregano
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp prepared mustard ( optional )
Directions:
1. Peel, and clean vegetables as needed.
2. Cut all in same size chunks.
3. Mix oil and seasonings in a food storange bag
4. Toss vegetables in bag till well coated
5. Spread out in single layer on baking sheet or casserole.
6. Roast 40 minutes at 400F.
7. Add onions halfway through baking time.
8. This is a fabulous side dish for any meal
