Simple to make, and it tastes great
Ingredients:
1 (6 1/4 ounce) box long grain and wild rice blend
1/2 cup butter
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef consomme
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can french onion soup
1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
2. Combine all ingredients in baking dish and stir.
3. Bake for 1 hour, stirring half way through.
