Easy Ravioli

I came up with this recipe when I accidently thawed out the wrong sausage... I was going to make biscuits and gravy for breakfast but oh well once I had noticed my mistake I decided to make ravioli for dinner the next night. Hope u like it we did it was a big hit at our house!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs sweet italian sausage
1 (3 ounce) package wonton wrappers (im not sure of the size of pkg but it made me put it in so its just the normal size found in the pro)
20 ounces spaghetti sauce (i used 2 jars cause i like alot of sauce)
8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Cook sausage in frying pan till done and crumbled (I used my little chopper to really crumble it after I cooked it); drain off fat.
2. Place a teaspoon of sausage in a wonton wrapper and sprinkle with the monterey jack cheese, then cover with another wonton wrap making a pocket kinda enclosing the sausage and cheese (I wet my hands slightly and that helped to seal the wontons).
3. Place raviolis in a large casserole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake at 300° F for about an hour or until hot and the mozzarella cheese is starting to brown on top.
