Super easy and delicious pumpkin pie, My Family's FAVORITE!!
Ingredients:
16 ounces canned pumpkin
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells
Directions:
1. Beat together the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk and the two eggs, until smooth.
2. Add 1 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoons ginger, 1/2 nutmeg, mix together until smooth and well blended.
3. Pour pie mixture into a 9-inch - deep dish pie shell. Preheat the oven to 425°. Bake the pie for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350° for 25-30 minute or until knife inserted int he center come out clean. Cool before cuttting.
4. Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
