A delicious blend of pineapple and cream cheese in a graham cracker crust, this no-bake cheesecake is perfect for a hot day.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup splenda® no calorie sweetener, granulated
2 (15 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 3/4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener together. Stir in 1 can of pineapple and whipped topping to cream cheese mixture. Mix until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into crust and top with other can of pineapple. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
