Easy Oven-Barbecued Chicken |

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage |
1/4 teaspoon celery salt |
6 (6-ounce) skinned chicken breast halves |
1/4 cup reduced-calorie ketchup |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon low-sodium worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1 clove) |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Line a 13- x 9- x 2-inch pan with aluminum foil. Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over chicken. Place chicken, bone sides up, in prepared pan. 2. Combine ketchup and remaining 5 ingredients. Brush half of ketchup mixture evenly over chicken; reserve remaining ketchup mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 minutes. Turn chicken, and brush with remaining ketchup mixture. Bake, uncovered, 20 additional minutes or until chicken is tender. |
