Easy Mushroom Rice

Open a couple of cans, stir, bake and yum!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup white rice
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can french onion soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) beef consomme soup
1 cup canned mushroom (button )
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Melt butter and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
2. Dump all other ingredients into the dish, and stir.
3. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
