Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain corn and black beans.
  2. Pour salsa, corn, and black beans in to the crock pot.
  3. Add chicken to crock pot.
  4. Cook on low for at least 5 hours.
  5. Add cream cheese the last hour in the crock pot.
  6. Stir at the end and the cream cheese becomes part of the sauce and chicken falls apart.
  7. Serve as you like, with pasta or rice or in tacos.
