Excellent to beat the heat and very good for stomach and digestion too!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
1 cup mango (fully ripe, use fleshy variety,cut in bite size pieces)
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups water
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer and run till smooth.
2. Pour in jars with ice cubes and enjoy a delicious summer drink!
