Easy Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:
5 egg yolk, beaten
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice or regular lime juice
1 unbaked graham cracker crust or store bought, if desired
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (190 C)
2. Combine the egg yolks, condensed milk and lime juice.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Remove from oven.
7. Allow to cool.
8. Top with whipped cream.
9. Garnish with lime slices OR zest
10. **If using a store-bought shell, place it inside a glass pie plate to ensure the crust does not burn.
