I found this recipe in a newspaper circular. It is from Fleischmann's Yeast. It was super easy and really good! I guessed at the serving size.
Ingredients:
3-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 envelope rapid rise yeast (equivalent 2-1/4 tsp. - bread machine yeast works, too)
1 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2/3 cups very warm water (120 to 130f)
2 tbs. shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbs. italian herb seasoning (i used 1/2 italian herb and 1/2 fresh minced rosemary)
Directions:
1. Mix flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add the water and 2 Tbs. of the olive oil, stirring until well mixed. Spread dough into greased 13 x 9 pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
2. Poke multiple holes into the dough using the handle of a wooden spoon. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over dough; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs. Cover and let rise an additional 15 minutes while oven preheats to 375F.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned. Cool slightly and cut into slices. Serve warm. If desired, serve with additional olive oil for dipping.
