Easy Hot Chicken Salad

My mom has been making this for years. Its great when you have to whip up dinner very quickly. I try to keep these items in my pantry just in case. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, strips should be cut into small pieces
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
1 cup celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
2 cups potato chips, crushed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350.
2. Combine first 5 ingrediants into a bowl and mix well.
3. Pour contents into a 9x9 Pyrex Dish.
4. Mix crushed potato chips and Pamasian Cheese well. Pour on top of chicken mixture.
5. Bake for 30 minutes!
