Easy Homemade Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Super easy to make and you don't even need an ice cream maker to enjoy this ice cream!!!
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
4 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup oreo cookies, crushed (more if desired)
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and stir in condensed milk and vanilla.
2. Fold in the crushed cookies and whipped cream.
3. Pour mixture into a 9 X5 loaf pan lined with foil.
4. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
