Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw spinach
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halves
1/4 cup black beans
1/2 tbsp red wine vinaigrette
1/4 cup avocado, peeled and diced
Directions:
1. Mix all but the avocado in a large bowl well. Fold in avocado afterwards to prevent it from falling apart.
