This is so easy, so healthy and so delicious! It's part of my morning routine. Make it part of yours!
Ingredients:
1 banana, overripe (frozen or not)
1/3-1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon ovaltine (chocolate flavour, for gluten-free, but i use original)
2 teaspoons non-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
1. Stick in a blender and blend!
2. Enjoy!
