Easy Hawaiian Cake With Icing

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar (i use 1 and 3/4)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 (20 ounce) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. For cake: Mix all ingredients together by hand.
2. Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
3. If using glass pan, bake at 325 degrees.
4. Otherwise, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
5. Check for doneness using toothpick.
6. For icing: Mix all ingredients together and frost cool cake.
7. Keep in refrigerator.
8. Will keep for a long time.
