Easy Green Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
4 medium green peppers
3/4 lb hamburger
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup cooked rice
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon ketchup

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove seeds.
3. Place cut side down in microwave baking dish.
4. Microwave, uncovered on HIGH 4 minutes.
5. Turn cut side up.
6. In medium bowl, combine filling ingredients, mix lightly.
7. Spoon about 1/2 cup mix in pepper half.
8. TOPPING: In small bowl, combine ingredients, spoon over peppers.
9. Cover dish tightly with foil.
10. Baked 30-45 minutes until beef is cooked.
