Ingredients:
6 piece(s) phyllo dough
1 1/2 cup(s) fat-free vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh fruit
6 tablespoon(s) non-dairy topping
Directions:
1. Place 1 dough square in each space in muffin baking tin (trim or fold in corners)
2. Bake in 300 F oven until golden brown
3. Let dough cool completely
4. Place 1/4 cup pudding in each dough cup
5. Top with favorite chopped fresh fruit/fruit mix
6. Top with 1 Tbsp non-dairy topping
