Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup milk
32 ounces peaches, sliced
Directions:
1. Empty a large can of sliced peaches into a 8 1/2 x 12 glass baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients and pour on top of peaches.
3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
