Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix soup, water,1 teaspoon of lemon pepper, carrots, peas, and rice in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Top with fish, cutting to fit. Sprinkle fish with remaining lemon pepper.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
