1 pkg. taco seasoning plus water according to pkg. directions
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
3 pkg. of refrigerated biscuits (7.5 oz., 10 biscuits)
1 egg, beaten

1. Saute meat until cooked through, breaking up with a fork
2. Remove meat from pan
3. Add onions to fat and cook until tender
4. Return meat to pan
5. Add seasoning, and sauce or taco seasoning and simmer until liquid is gone
6. Cool completely
7. Add cheese to meat mixture
8. On floured surface, roll out 1 biscuit to 4 inch diameter round
9. Put 1 tbls. of meat mixture on round
10. Brush half of round with egg
11. Fold over filling to create half circle
12. Seal edges by pressing with tines of fork
