warmed liquids
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. WIth dough hook or paddle blend all the above at low speed in the same mixer bowl until moistened
2. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes
3. THEN STIR IN BY HAND *5-6 cups white unbleached flour*
4. Use enough flour of the white flour to form a stiff batter
5. Leave in same bowl
6. Cover and let rise until doubled (can use clean tea towel, or Saran Wrap)
7. Stir down, and spoon into * 2 * greased 9 X 5 inch loaf pans

Some of the steam will escape, and the slice that you are cutting might collapse abit, but it is worth it just to savor that delicious taste of freshly baked bread. Have a stick of unsalted butter nearby, and you are there! ENJOY. :)
