Easy Delicious Chicken Wings

Perfect for game day , appetizers or main meal with swirled mashed potatoes and baby carrots.
Ingredients:
8 large chicken wings
2 c. italian flavored bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated parmeson or romano cheese
ginger (freshly grated or in spice jar)
extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. cookie sheet covered with non-stick foil
2. pre-heat oven to 350
3. thoroghly wash wings in colander
4. cut tips off and cut at joint to make 2 pieces for each wing
5. wash again
6. dry with paper towels
7. fill sink with hot soapy water
8. take out 2 bowls
9. place wings in bowl
10. pour olive oil over wings and hand flip so all are covered
11. remove to second bowl individually so excess oil drips off
12. pour mixture of crumbs, cheese and ginger over wings and hand
13. flip so all are covered
14. remove to cookie sheet and place in oven for 35 minutes 325 degrees
15. last 5 minutes turn on broiler for crispiness
