Crescent rolls form a crust for the bars, then topped with chocolate and nuts. You can use chopped walnuts in place of cashews.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
1 1/4 cups slivered almonds
1 1/4 cups cashews (use halves and pieces)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
3. Unroll the crescent dough into two long rectangles.
4. Place the dough in the pan and press over the bottom and about 1/2-inch up the sides to form a crust.
5. Bake for 5 minutes.
6. Remove and sprinkle with vanilla chips, then chocolate chips, then almonds and then cashews.
7. Drizzle the condensed milk evenly over the top.
8. Return to oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Cool for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the sides of the pan.
10. Cool 1 hour at room temperature, then chill for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
