A classic favorite
Ingredients:
8 egg yolks
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Mix egg yolks with cream and white sugar.
2. Heat in a waterbath until mixture starts to thicken.
3. Pour into 6 small dishes/rammekins.
4. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and carmellize with a high power torch.
5. Enjoy!
