Easy Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Pie

This is good any time of the year but in particular during the hot summers when you don't want to run your oven but want something sweet. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
8oz. frozen cool whip, thawed
1 pre-baked graham cracker pie crust
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, combine cream cheese,
2. peanut butter, sugar, and milk. Beat until smooth.
3. Gently fold in whipped topping.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Freeze 4-6 hours. Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
