Easy Crab Cakes

This is a moist, light, crab cake that is easy to prepare
Ingredients:
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 green onions, chopped (tops and bottoms)
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans (6 oz. each) crab meat, drained, cartilage removed
2 tbl. oil
Directions:
1. Combine egg, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, onions, parsley, salt and pepper, blending well.
2. Add crab meat
3. Shape into 6 patties
4. Heat oil on med. high in a frying pan
5. Reduce heat to med.
6. Fry each side until browned, 5-6 minutes each side
