Easy Corned Beef Hash

This one finally turned out well after a few tries.
Ingredients:
1 lb corned beef, cooked
1 small onion, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
16 ounces frozen hash browns
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons butter
worcestershire sauce
garlic powder
salt
pepper
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. add hash browns. Cook for 4 minutes without turning.
2. Stir. Add corned beef, onion, red pepper. After it starts to cook down, add butter. Continue cooking over medium heat until golden brown.
3. Add worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, to taste.
4. Make holes in the hash and fry the eggs until desired doneness.
