Quick, easy and inexpensive from things you may have around the house.
Ingredients:
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can corn (undrained)
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 and melt stick of margarine in a 13x9 inch pan in oven. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour into pan that the melted margarine is inches
2. Cook for 30 – 35 minutes.
