Quick summer side dish
Ingredients:
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, shredded
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon celery seed
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Place shredded cabbage, carrots and fruit in a bowl and set aside.
2. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and celery seed together well.
3. Pour over Coleslaw. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill until time to serve.
