Easy Coconut Lime Sorbet

It is so easy to make and so delicous that I would highly recommend doubling the recipe to fill the bowl of a one quart ice cream machine. It's a light and refreshing end to any meal.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut (preferably coco lopez or any sweetened brand)
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup fresh lime juice, strained to remove pulp (approximately 5 limes)
5 limes, zest of
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
2. Chill mixture several hours or overnight.
3. Before adding to the ice cream maker, shake mixture well.
4. Freeze mixture in an ice-cream maker.
5. Transfer sorbet to an airtight container and put in freezer to harden.
