I got this recipe from a cookbook I was looking through last night.
Ingredients:
6 cups lettuce, pieces
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
1 medium tomato, cut into eighths
1/3 cup thousand island dressing
1/3 cup bacon bits
3 hard-boiled eggs
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients except egg slices.
2. Garnish salad with egg slices.
