I found this recipe. It looks so easy. I like to try new recipes that are unusual. This is one of t hem. Ingredients:
1 can chocolate frosting |
4 eggs |
1 tall can evaporated milk |
1 stick softened butter |
i am not sure of the size pie shell. i would imagine 9 . |
Directions:
1. Beat milk and eggs together; add can of frosting and butter.
2. Mix until well blended.
3. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. I had this baking for 45 minutes. I dont think it ever comes out toally clean...sets up beatuiful. I
4. I finally made this and am so glad I found it.
5. Check to be sure knife comes out clean.
6. Let cool and serve with or without whipped topping.
7. Delicious and easy!
