Easy Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake

I believe I got this recipe from the Hershey's Chocolate Lover's Cookbook. This is an easy recipe that is delicious. I make this for my father-in-law every year for Christmas or his birthday (or both). Yum!!
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 (6 ounce) package graham cracker crust
1/3 cup mini chocolate chip
2 tablespoons whipping cream
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2. In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
4. Stir in chocolate chips; pour batter into graham cracker crust.
5. Bake 10 minutes; without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250 degrees. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or just until set.
6. Cool completely. Cover; refrigerate several hours.
7. Spread chocolate topping over the top of the cheesecake, refrigerate several minutes or until just set.
8. Chocolate topping:.
9. Place ingredients in a microwave safe dish; melt and stir.
10. Then spread on cheesecake.
11. After spreading chocolate topping over the top of the cheesecake, refrigerate several minutes or until just set.
12. Cut into wedges; serve cold.
