Easy, low cal chili.
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 cup onion
2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
30 ounces kidney beans
1 (680 ml) can tomato sauce
4 teaspoons chili powder
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 20 minute.
